Agreement between User and Hope Holdings LLC
Welcome to healinghumanity.life. The healinghumanity.life website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Hope Holdings LLC (“Hope Holdings LLC”). healinghumanity.life is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of healinghumanity.life constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
healinghumanity.life is a Membership Site.
healinghumanity.life serves as a comprehensive platform dedicated to disseminating information about a carnivore diet documentary film. Not only does it provide insights and details about the documentary’s content, but it also plays a pivotal role in advertising the film to a wider audience. Furthermore, the website is instrumental in facilitating fundraising efforts to support the production and distribution of the documentary. Through our platform, we aim to educate, engage, and garner support from viewers and enthusiasts alike.
Privacy
Your use of healinghumanity.life is subject to Hope Holdings LLC’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting healinghumanity.life or sending emails to Hope Holdings LLC constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Hope Holdings LLC is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Hope Holdings LLC and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel
service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Memberships
Your Healing Humanity Membership, which may start with a free trial, may be monthly or annual, and will continue month-to-month or year-to-year unless and until you affirmatively cancel your Membership or we terminate it. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (“Payment Method”) which may be updated from time to time, to use the Healing Humanity Service. We will bill the monthly or annual Membership fee to your Payment Method. You must cancel your Membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periods Membership fees to your Payment Method.
Some promotional memberships are offered by third parties in conjunction with the provision of their own products and services. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties.
Free Trials
Your Healing Humanity Subscription may start with a free trial. The free trial period of your Subscription is specified during sign-up. Access to a free trial Subscription will terminate at the end of the free trial period, provided that you cancel during the free trial period. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply. Free trials are for new Subscribers only. Some Healing Humanity Subscriber benefits may not be available to persons enjoying free trial service. Healing Humanity reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your free trial eligibility.
We will begin billing your Payment Method for Subscription fees at the end of the free trial period of your Subscription unless you cancel prior to the end of the free trial period. To view the specific details of your Subscription, including your Subscription price and end date of your free trial period, visit the Site, log in to the site, and visit your My Account page. We may authorize your Payment Method through various methods, including authorizing it up to one billing period of service as soon as you register. In some instances, your available balance or credit limit may be reduced to reflect the authorization during your free trial period.
YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A NOTICE FROM US THAT YOUR FREE TRIAL PERIOD HAS ENDED OR THAT THE PAYING PORTION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION HAS BEGUN. YOU AGREE THAT WE CAN AND WILL BILL YOUR PAYMENT METHOD AND WILL RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES UNLESS YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO YOUR AUTO-RENEWAL DATE. CLICK YOUR LOGIN LINK AND SELECT “MY ACCOUNT” TO FIND CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
Billing
By starting your Healing Humanity Subscription and providing or designating a Payment Method, you authorize us to charge you a fee at the then current Subscription rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Healing Humanity Service. You acknowledge that the amount billed may vary from period to period for reasons that may include differing amounts due to applicable taxes, promotional offers, and/or changing or adding a plan, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts, which may be billed monthly or in one or more charges.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes to your Service will take effect following email notice to you.
Applicable sales taxes are NOT included in advertised prices for the Healing Humanity Service, and will be applied as applicable in those states and countries where taxes apply to your Subscription.
Billing Cycle
The Subscription fee for our Healing Humanity Service will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your Subscription and each month or year thereafter (as applicable) unless and until you cancel your Subscription. Click the login link at the top right of this Site (www.healinghumanity.life) and select “My Account” to find cancellation instructions. We automatically bill your Payment Method each month or year on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying Subscription. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing, in particular, as indicated below, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled. In the event your paying Subscription began on a day not contained in a given month, we may bill your Payment Method on a day in the applicable month or such other day as we deem appropriate. For example, if you started your Healing Humanity monthly Subscription or became a paying Subscriber on March 31st, your next monthly payment date is likely to be April 30th, and your Payment Method would be billed on that date. Your renewal date may change due to changes in your Subscription. Visit our website and go to your My Account page to see the commencement date for your next renewal period and your “Next Billing Date”. We may authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of Subscription or service-related charges. As used in these Terms of Use, “billing” shall indicate a charge, debit or other payment clearance, as applicable, against your Payment Method.
No Refunds
PAYMENTS FOR HEALING HUMANITY SERVICE ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Following
any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. The provision of a refund, discount, or other credit in one instance does not entitle you to a refund, discount, or other credit in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide any refund, discount, or other credit in the future, under any circumstance.
Payment Methods
You may edit your Payment Method information by visiting your My Account page, available at the top of the Healing Humanity website after you log in. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your Payment Method information or cancel your account (see, “Cancellation” below), you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. For certain Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Healing Humanity Subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Healing Humanity Service through the end of your billing period, as applicable. To cancel, go to your My Account page on our website and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your Subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period or at the end of the free trial period, whichever is applicable. To see when your account will close, view your My Account page. If you signed up for Healing Humanity using your account with a third party as a Payment Method, and wish to cancel your Healing Humanity Subscription at any time, including during your free trial, you may need to do so through such third party, including by visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off
auto-renew, or unsubscribing from, the Healing Humanity Service through that third party. You may also find billing information about your Healing Humanity Subscription by visiting your account with the applicable third party.
Our Content
You may view the Healing Humanity Membership Content only in geographic locations where we offer our service and have licensed Healing Humanity content. The content that may be available to watch may vary by geographic location. The Healing Humanity Service is offered in English and is at present primarily enabled for consumption in the United States. The Healing Humanity Service may be available in non-US locations, but Healing Humanity makes no representations regarding the streaming or other quality of Service in non-US locations. Healing Humanity may use technologies to verify your geographic location.
We intend to continually update the Healing Humanity Service, including adding to the titles available through the Service. We also reserve the right to remove titles from the Service at our discretion. In addition, we continually test various aspects of our Service, including our website, user interfaces, service levels, plans, promotional features, delivery and pricing. We reserve the right to, and by using our Service you agree that we may, include you in or exclude you from these tests without notice. We reserve the right in our sole and absolute discretion to make changes from time to time and without notice in how we offer and operate our Service.
The availability of Healing Humanity Service course titles and Healing Humanity content will change from time to time, and may vary from country to country. Some, but not all, Healing Humanity Service content will be available in HD, and HD service availability is subject to your Internet service and device capabilities. The quality of the display of the streaming aspects of the Service may vary from computer to computer, and device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection. You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges. Healing Humanity makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your watching experience on your display. The time it takes to begin watching a course lecture will vary based on a number of factors, including your location, available bandwidth at the time, course or lecture you have selected and the configuration of your viewing device.
Healing Humanity Service software is developed by, or licensed for, Healing Humanity and is designed to enable streaming of content from Healing Humanity through appropriate devices. This software may vary by device and medium, and functionalities may also differ between devices. BY USING OUR SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE LICENSE AGREEMENT TERMS IN THIS AGREEMENT AND TO RECEIVE, WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE OR PROMPTING, UPDATED VERSIONS OF HEALING HUMANITY SERVICE SOFTWARE AND RELATED THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE FOREGOING TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICE. WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR OTHERWISE WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OF THESE DEVICES, INCLUDING THE CONTINUING COMPATIBILITY OF THE DEVICE WITH
OUR SERVICE. By using our Service, you agree to look solely to the entity that manufactured and/or sold you the device for any issues related to the device and its compatibility with the Healing Humanity Service. If the device you used to access your Healing Humanity Service is sold, lost or stolen, please deactivate the device. If you fail to log out or deactivate your device, subsequent users may access the Healing Humanity Service through your account and may be able to access or change certain of your account information. To deactivate a device, follow instructions on your My Account page on our website. We may terminate or restrict your use of our Service, without compensation or notice if you are, or if we suspect that you are (i) in violation of any of these Terms of Use or (ii) engaged in illegal or improper use of the Service.

Hope Holdings LLC is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Hope Holdings LLC of the site or any association with its operators.
Certain services made available via healinghumanity.life are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the healinghumanity.life domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Hope Holdings LLC may share such information and data with any third party with whom Hope Holdings LLC has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of healinghumanity.life users and customers.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property
THE HEALING HUMANITY SERVICE, AND ANY CONTENT VIEWED THROUGH OUR SERVICE, IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE
ONLY. During your Healing Humanity Subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access the Healing Humanity Service on a streaming-only basis for that purpose. Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the Service for commercial purposes, public performances, conferences, classrooms or large group viewings, and agree not to share or
transfer your Account Login information with or to any third party. For information on a license to enable commercial use, public performance or large group viewings, please contact us by email at [email protected].
As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Hope Holdings LLC that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.
All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Hope Holdings LLC or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.
You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. Hope Holdings LLC content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of Hope Holdings LLC and the copyright owner. Hope Holdings LLC reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Hope Holdings LLC’s sole discretion.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Hope Holdings LLC is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in Hope Holdings LLC’s sole discretion.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.
Children Under Sixteen
Hope Holdings LLC does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of sixteen. If you are under 18, you may use healinghumanity.life only with permission of a parent or guardian.
International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Hope Holdings LLC from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Hope Holdings LLC Content accessed through healinghumanity.life in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hope Holdings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Hope Holdings LLC reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Hope Holdings LLC in asserting any available defenses.
Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator’s award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions,
whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE
OTHER. Further, unless both you and Hope Holdings LLC agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. HOPE HOLDINGS LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.

HOPE HOLDINGS LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOPE HOLDINGS LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF HOPE HOLDINGS LLC OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
Termination/Access Restriction
Hope Holdings LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Wisconsin in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Hope Holdings LLC as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Hope Holdings LLC’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Hope Holdings LLC’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Hope Holdings LLC with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the
user and Hope Holdings LLC with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Hope Holdings LLC with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

SOURCES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE RECEIVE FROM OTHERS
Hope Holdings, LLC, helps operate certain third-party domains in cooperation with affiliates (our “Affiliates”). We may use anonymous, internal identifiers to unify information about your interactions with the Platform and Affiliates’ services. We may also receive information about you from our partners where Hope Holdings LLC ads are published on a partner’s service (in which case they may pass along details on a campaign’s performance).
If you choose to connect to our Platform through a third-party social network such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or TikTok (a “Social Network”), we receive information from your Social Network profile, such as your name, username, and e-mail, and we will use that information in accordance with this Policy. In addition, our Platform may offer features allowing you to “Share”, “Like” or otherwise interact or engage with a Social Network. If you decide to use those features, information may be exchanged with the Social Network. Check the privacy policy of each Social Network before using such features.
When you access certain services, like some of our apps, through a mobile device, you may be asked to share your precise (GPS level) geo-location information with us so we can customize your experience and the content you receive. Please see our Cookie Policy to learn how we use cookies and how you can exercise control over them. Please note that if you sign up for our text messaging program from us, cookies may be used to personalize your experience (e.g., send you personalized text messages such as shopping cart reminders).
By using the Platform, you agree that the Platform may track your activities and use of the Platform as described in the Cookie Policy, consistent with and subject to the cookie settings you apply through the Platform and your device.
You may change location sharing settings at the device level at any time.
We use your information to provide our services, deliver and improve our content and services, to communicate with you, to provide you with advertising that may be of interest to you, and to comply with applicable law. Here is detailed explanation of the various reasons for which we use your information, together with practical examples:

We retain your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described under “How We Use Personal Information,” except when longer retention is required by our compliance policies and efforts toward applicable legal, tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.
How long we need information for those purposes varies by category, and even within categories. These retention determinations always consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from its unauthorized use or disclosure, whether we can achieve those purposes without using the personal information.
For example, we delete some Internet Activity as soon as you exit the Platform,
whereas we may retain records of your orders for services and products for several years as required by law or contract, such as agreements with our payment processors or under our accounting standards.
Please understand, however, that we reserve the right to retain an archive of any deleted information, to the extent permitted by law. We may also retain de-identified or aggregate data that may be derived from information about you.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
If you reside outside the United States, we transfer information about you for processing in the United States. By providing information about you to enable Platform services, you consent to the processing of such data in the United States. The transfer of this information to the United States is necessary for the performance of our contract for use of the Platform.
As the U.S. has not been deemed an “adequate” jurisdiction under GDPR for the purposes of international data transfers, we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU for transfers of personal data internationally, or another appropriate transfer mechanism.

Please note that even if you choose to remove your information (opt-out), you will still see advertisements while you are browsing online. However, the advertisements you see may be less relevant to you and your interests. You don’t need to exercise this right: we only use and disclose sensitive personal information as necessary to fulfill the service you requested (like sending the precise location you gave us to a delivery service so the product arrives).
As described above, we may use the information we collect from you to send you newsletters, push notifications, general communications and promotional e-mails, including promotional communications about our Platform and our or our partners’ products or services. If you do not want to receive such communications, you can opt out (as applicable) by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our communications, unchecking the applicable box to opt out when prompted, or by simply not opting in when prompted. If you unsubscribe from our marketing communications, we will still send you important information related to your account and your purchases. For example, if you unsubscribe from our promotional emails, we will still send you emails confirming a purchase you make on our Platform or alerting

The Platform is intended for users above the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16, and we do not share or sell information about anyone under 16 without affirmative authorization. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under age 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
